Burntide Ingredients
Burntide keeps its formula short. One gummy delivers a 525 mg proprietary blend of apple cider vinegar and BHB salts, plus small declared amounts of three electrolyte minerals.

Burntide Ingredient One: Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is made by fermenting apple juice twice, first into alcohol and then into acetic acid. It is one of the most familiar ingredients in everyday wellness and has been used in kitchens and home remedies for a very long time.
In supplements it is usually included for its association with satiety and post-meal comfort. Some small human studies have looked at appetite and at post-meal blood glucose responses, with results that are mixed and generally modest.

Burntide Ingredient Two: BHB Salts
Beta-hydroxybutyrate is a ketone body. Your liver produces it when carbohydrate availability is low, and your muscles and brain can use it as fuel. It is a normal part of human metabolism rather than a novel compound.
In Burntide the BHB is bound to three minerals — calcium, magnesium and sodium — which is why the panel declares small amounts of each. Supplemental BHB salts are commonly used to support energy availability, particularly by people following lower-carbohydrate eating patterns.

Burntide Ingredient Three: Electrolyte Minerals
The panel declares sodium at 2.5 mg, calcium at 1 mg and magnesium at 0.75 mg per gummy. These arrive with the BHB salts rather than being added separately.
Electrolytes matter for fluid balance and normal cellular function. Being straight with you, though, these amounts are very small against daily requirements, and they should not be your reason for choosing this product.

What a proprietary blend means for you
The 525 mg figure is a combined total. The split between apple cider vinegar and BHB is not disclosed, so there is no way to know how much of either you are getting.
This is legal and common. It also means nobody can honestly compare this against research doses for either ingredient, and we will not invent a breakdown to fill the gap.
Two Things Worth Noticing On The Burntide Label
It contains sugar. Corn syrup and pure cane sugar appear in the other ingredients, and the panel declares 2 g of total sugars per gummy. That is a small amount in absolute terms, and it is still worth knowing if you are following a low-carbohydrate or ketogenic pattern, which is the audience BHB usually appeals to.
The gelling agent is apple pectin. Pectin is plant-derived rather than gelatin, which many gummies use. If that matters to your diet, it is a point in this product’s favour.
What Is Not In Burntide
You may see other Burntide-branded material mentioning cayenne pepper, L-carnitine, green tea extract or pomegranate. None of those appears on the label we have worked from, and we have not included them anywhere on this site.
Where product information conflicts, the Supplement Facts panel on the bottle in your hand is the authority. If the bottle you receive lists something different, go with the bottle.
Ingredient Research Versus Burntide Research
Everything on these pages describes research into the individual ingredients. Burntide as a finished product has not been through its own clinical trial.
That distinction matters and it is routinely blurred in this category. Studies on apple cider vinegar tell you about apple cider vinegar at the amounts those studies used, not about a gummy containing an undisclosed portion of a 525 mg blend.
